The viewing trip to Obzor in Bulgaria sets off at Copenhagen Airport. The date of departure is Saturday morning and we return again Sunday evening, in total 2 days. The time of departure and return is variable from time to time, and therefore you will receive further information on the matter.

We are flying to Varna in Bulgaria. Afterwards we take a bus directly to Byala and Obzor. The two areas are not far from each other, and we will therefore visit both of them. The viewing trip will apart from the presentation include important information about the possible means of letting, the development of the market and the future of the particular country and general information about the construction.

Meanwhile we show the apartments and the surrounding area you will have the option of asking questions. When the tour is done we will invite you to a real Bulgarian dinner where you can eat and drink as much as you like.

After an enjoyable dinner we go directly to the hotel. When we arrive at the hotel you can take a walk in the pleasant city Varna or stay at the hotel and relax.

Sunday morning after a good breakfast we gather in the hotel-lobby. Thereafter we will guide you around in Varna and tell you where to go shopping. If you want to you can also do the shopping and the sightseeing alone.

It is possible to withdraw money using ones credit card (i.e. Visa-card) in the ATM’s in Varna. However it is only possible to pay directly with a credit card at a very few places and we therefore recommend you to order Bulgarian currency before going on the viewing trip. The unit of currency in Bulgaria is LEVA and can normally be ordered at the bank.
